Returns/Exchanges

All items are final sale and sold “as is.”

Due to our small operation and the fragility and uniqueness of the vintage and antiques, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

Damage

Items are mailed with shipping insurance included in the shipping price. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out via email to monica@lulaeclectic.com and we can begin the process of submitting an insurance claim. Please keep all original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is resolved. Photos will be necessary.
